I am a student for life; I believe that knowledge is power and with power comes responsibility. I have a Computer Science background. I earned my Master of Computer Applications (MCA) and my Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (PGDBA). I am also certified in Kanban System Design (Kanban Management Professional KMP-1), Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and ITIL Service Management.
I am proficient with Jira, Atlassian, Trello, Mural, Pager Duty, MS Project, Visio, Lean, Kaizen, Agile.
Leading teams and deep technical discussions have helped me hone my leadership skills. I am a motivated team player who seeks out challenges and innovative solutions in order to make a positive impact on stakeholders and create a revolutionary experience for the communities that we serve.
I love mentoring my peers and teammates to develop their skills and leadership abilities by sharing my deep knowledge and experience, that has lead to their career progression. Sharing is not just caring. Sharing like Kaizen helps to increase productivity, effectiveness and offers value to the customer!
In my spare time, I love travelling, introducing my taste buds to the local cuisine (I tend to think that Toronto is the gastronomical capital of the world!) and connecting with people.
