Prior to founding Arrham Intelligence Institute, He has worked with Indian & Foreign multinationals like GTL, DHL, ATC Shipping, Wilson Logistics, Kotak, Aviva in various senior capacities. His last assignment was with Principal Group as Regional Director.

Along with his academic qualifications, he holds certification in Multiple Intelligence from IMI, Singapore; NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) Master Practitioner from NFNLP,USA; Level4 certification in Clinical Hypnotherapy from CHII, India; Post Graduate Diploma in Counselling Psychology from IBMS; Practicing Certificate in Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), Advance Certification in Career Counselling; International Certification in Emotional Intelligence (EQ) as Practitioner, EQ Assessor and EQ Coach from Six Seconds, USA.
