Drawing upon over 13 years of expertise as a seasoned software engineering and product Leader, Vikas specialises in resolving intricate engineering and product challenges within the realms of Cybersecurity, AI, and Secure Software Development. Throughout his career, Vikas has played a pivotal role in leading the secure software development of products designed to scale at an enterprise level. This endeavour entailed the strategic utilization of microservices, event-driven architecture, and agile methodologies to ensure optimal performance and security standards.

With a comprehensive understanding of various technologies, including Cybersecurity, Cloud Services (Azure, AWS), Virtualization, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, ERP SaaS, and Fintech application development, my leadership has yielded tangible results. Notably, Vikas has achieved a 14% reduction in phishing attacks, a 38% increase in product adoption, and a 16% increase in new customer acquisition, resulting in $45.2 million in revenue. Vikas has also drafted 4 patents, authored 18 technical blogs, and 8 white papers, and won hackathons and innovation challenges.

During his tenure at the Microsoft 365 Core Security team (Microsoft Canada FTE), Vikas led the engineering and product roadmap execution. This involved orchestrating ML/AI strategies for anomaly and threat detection, leading to a 23% reduction in security breaches. My contributions to isolated and privileged identity and access management, enforcement engine solutions, access controls, endpoint security, and threat and vulnerability assessment have ensured the protection of Microsoft 365 cloud services. He also led security compliance audits for Microsoft Security.

At Enable ERP, he orchestrated engineering roadmap planning and execution, overseeing a comprehensive refactoring, rearchitecting, and rebuilding of the core application to align with enterprise customers' stringent security requirements and compliance standards. He also spearheaded supplier discovery initiatives, enhancing supplier performance metrics, and improving onboarding experience by 25% utilizing supervised RLHF, and RAG models.

His previous experiences include being an accomplished Engineering and Product Lead at Citrix, IBM and the Royal bank of Canada.
