I currently work as a Systems Analyst at Kiva Systems - a game changer in the material handling industry. We use a fleet of autonomous robots to efficiently and accurately fulfill orders in a distribution center. More here: www.kivasystems.com
I used to be a Research Engineer at the A*STAR Data Storage Institute in Singapore where I was the Project Leader for the DAvinCi Cloud Computing framework for service robots.
I am also the founder of Botz, a robotics company looking to address the problem of natural long distance communication and telepresence with your elderly relatives and clients. Botz is a graduate from the Founder Institute - Singapore Summer 2010 cohort.
I graduated Magna cum Laude from Cornell University with a B.S in Mechanical Engineering and during the course of my undergrad, I founded the Cornell MineSweeper project team. We were developing low-cost robots for autonomous humanitarian land mine detection.
