Vikramsingh Desai

Vikramsingh has proven leadership skills in sales, business development, program management and system integration. He possesses strong leadership qualities and has led organizations on a success path with a vision and focus of acquiring and developing new generation cutting edge technology in the domain of Maritime, Aerospace and Homeland Security Systems for Indian and international markets. With over 15 years of experience, he is presently working as Head of Operations and Business Development for IMTECH Marine, Germany and based out of UAE.
In his previous appointments he was working as a Senior Program Manager with a JV company of TATA Advanced Systems in the domain of Aerospace, prior to which he had a successful tenure with the Indian Navy as an Electrical Officer responsible for system integration of Combat and Control System. His key skills are in the domain of setting up the organizational process, procedures, developing strategic policies and business plans for senior management. Acquisition of technological skill sets have always been the focus during formulation of all such policies. He also possesses strong knowledge of Defence Offset Policy for the Indian Defence Industry.
