Villa Romana is a stunning house, much larger in reality than in photos, and more beautiful too. Absolutely all the rooms have windows with views to it own garden, very bright.

There are 4 bedrooms with beds for 10 people, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, living room with fireplace 42ms, basement (2/3 cars garage) and a Mediterranean garden with garden furniture, barbecue, swimming pool (all private).

Ground floor 170 sq ms

Garage 165 sq ms for 3/4 normal cars, of course a Minivan too.

Garden with private swimming pool 500 sq ms

It has central heating and hot water and they are automated. Also the cleanliness of the pool is also automated.

Do not have more to worry about set up and enjoy the house.

The city downtown is about 7-8 mins by car,

The Alhambra (wich I could manage the reservation for the tickets) is at about 10 mins, Motril (the beach) is at 30 mins and Sierra Nevada is at 25 mins (all access by motorway).

If you do not want to move by car, there is a bus stop about 3 or 4 minutes walking that takes you directly to the downtown in 10-15 minutes.
