The large spacious villa is situated in the Pays Basque region of France, directly north of Biarritz and located in the beautiful beach front community of Anglet.The luxury beachfront villa is adjacent to le Plage de la Madrague, which is one of eleven connected sandy beaches that run along the coastline towards Biarritz, and the Chiberta golf course.The villa has a large heated swimming pool and a hot tub in the back garden.Making the grounds of the garden the perfect spot to relax and soak up the sun.The villa has a modern open plan living area.The kitchen of the villa is a modern design and has been kitted out in quality branded appliances: coffee machine, juicer, microwave, double oven, grill, plancha, electric hob, double fridge freezer and dishwasher. The villa has a generous lounge area in the downstairs area, which is furnished with soft furnishings, contemporary paintings, comfortable sofas and a centrally located wood burning fi re. There is also a long oak dining table between the lounge and kitchen area, an ideal spot to enjoy a continental breakfast or a gastronomic feast.The villa ha s seven contemporary bedrooms and bathrooms, all of which are en suite. The ground floor contains four traditionally portioned bedrooms and the upstairs contains three large deluxe bedrooms. The villaâ??s bedrooms have been recently refurbished and modernised, updating the design and style of the rooms. Quality furnishings and furniture have been throughout.Every bedroom contains good quality linen, soft duvets and comfortable beds.The ground floor bedrooms, and two of the first floor deluxe suites, contain TEMPUR orthopaedic mattresses, which have memory foam that supports your body as you sleep and are the same beds that the astronauts have at the international space station.Three of the first floor bedrooms and one of the ground floor bedrooms are deluxe suites. This is because they have: private external access into the garden or onto the terrace; wonderful views across the garden, the beach or the Chiberta golf course; contain huge comfortable double beds; they have flat screen Samsung televisions; and within each room is a large en suite shower / bathroom room. Rentals on a room basis or as a whole house are available.Throughout the year the villa is available for rent.During peak season (Christmas, Easter and summer school holidays) rentals of the entire villa only are accepted.
