Quentin Villers is renowned Belgian chef who was awarded a Michelin Star for his fine cuisine. Quentin is currently Culinary Director at the luxurious hotel Hotel Nayara in La Fortuna and at HiR in Pinilla (20 min south of Tamarindo). He is one of the most creative chefs in Costa Rica and cooks 2-4 days a month HiR.
