My resume tells you WHAT I've done. This, should tell you WHO I am.

1. I will help you identify gaps in systems and processes, and formulate solutions to address those gaps. I'm a critical thinker, and creative problem solving is my forte. I'm inherently curious.

2. I enjoy interacting with people. I always have. It's not something that I pretend to like - it's a big part of who I am. I can make you smile. Even on a really bad day. Hopefully, you're smiling right now. Just a little?

3. I'm not a yes-man: While I respect opinions and ideas, I don't champion a cause if I feel that there's a better way to do something. I have no qualms about being proven wrong, but I believe that whatever is done, should be done for the greater good

4. Politics don't interest me. I'm not interested in drama, either. I'm interested in doing my job. And doing it well.

5. I don't stress easily. Or become irrational in high-pressure situations. I don't believe that losing my composure, makes my arguments any more compelling or effective
