Previously, as the Head of Talent Acquisition for Orion Innovation, I led the transformation of talent management programs post-acquisition, worked on aligning workforce strategies with long-term organizational goals, and managed the successful hiring of over 9000 technologists. Additionally, I spearheaded Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) operations globally and improved referral programs, contributing to 30%+ profit margins and exceeding revenue goals.

Throughout my career, I have been committed to driving Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives, optimizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), developing robust talent pipelines, and delivering executive-level hiring strategies. My experience spans managing teams both onshore and offshore, overseeing workforce planning, and leveraging technology to maximize recruitment productivity.

I’m also deeply involved in my local community, where I’ve taken leadership roles within the Somerset Franklin Lions Club, organizing fundraising initiatives for mental health awareness and autism support.
