I am keynote speaker who asks a deceptively simple question.

What makes people stick with some organisations, brands, and

leaders, but drift away from others?

Most people call it loyalty.

But loyalty is just the outcome.

The root is trust, and trust is built through the moments people remember.

What I’m known for

On stage, I blend vivid stories with sharp commercial insight.

The aim is simple.

To help audiences see familiar situations differently, and walk out with ideas they can actually use.

You won’t get a lecture, a framework dump, or a fluffy motivational routine.

You’ll get a session that feels human, energising, and uncomfortably true in places.

My lens: moments, memory, trust

Here’s the thread that runs through everything I do:

Culture shapes experiences.

Experiences create memories.

Memories shape trust.

Trust shapes what people do next.

That might show up through customer experience, leadership, colleague engagement, or digital transformation.

But the mechanism is the same.

Where I work best

I work across company conferences, leadership off-sites, and themed events.

Sometimes I’m opening the day to set the tone.

Sometimes I’m closing to land the message, and send people out with momentum.

Either way, the goal is the same.

Leave the room thinking differently, and acting differently.

Experience and background

I’ve spent three decades working from frontline to boardroom.

I’ve sat in the pressure of operational reality, and the responsibility of senior decision-making.

That range matters, because it keeps my keynotes grounded in real life, not theory, and it means I can connect with frontline teams, and senior leaders, in the same room.

I’ve worked with organisations including National Express, Zoom, Audi, O2, and Gatwick Airport, as well as education and membership bodies such as the University of Wolverhampton and the Apprenticeship Alliance.

Behind the scenes, organisers describe me as calm, responsive, and easy to work with.

A note on “Customer Experience”

A lot of people find me when they search for a customer experience speaker.

That makes sense, because experience is where trust is either built, or broken.

But what I speak about is bigger than customer experience alone.

It’s the psychology of trust, loyalty, and the moments people remember.

If you’re considering me for an event

If you tell me your audience, your theme, and what success looks like, I’ll help you choose the right keynote route.

And I’ll make the process smooth, so the speaker part of your agenda feels like a natural part of your day.

If you’re planning a conference, off-site, or themed event, drop me a note with the date, audience size, and theme, and we’ll take it from there.
