Vinay Peddinti is a seasoned innovation and strategy leader with over a decade of experience spanning startups, global enterprises, and social impact initiatives.

As Vice President – Strategic Operations at Apty, he drives organizational scale by building integrated systems across revenue operations, customer success, finance, human resources, and strategy. Vinay’s work enables enterprises to maximize technology investments and accelerate user adoption — addressing one of the most critical challenges in digital transformation.

Previously, as Director of Innovation Management at T-Hub, one of the world’s largest innovation ecosystems, Vinay led initiatives that connected startups, corporates, academia, and governments. He collaborated with hundreds of founders and numerous Fortune 500 companies to validate ideas, mentor entrepreneurs, and execute more than 100 go-to-market launches across global markets.

An entrepreneur by foundation, Vinay founded The Social Cause at the age of 19 — a volunteer-driven non-profit supporting education, sustainability, and healthcare initiatives.
