“Currently I’m the Head of Andheri East MDC(main distribution centre)In this Role I worked for Operation Dept., My work profile for this company is to look after the load retrieval from Airport and load connection at Airport by co-ordinating with of co-loader maintain the Octroi Report on daily basis of all Incoming load, prepare performance report Of Mumbai all branches, looking after On Time Vehicle movement performance on daily basis and planned to run all vehicle on Time from MDC, planning for delivery schedule, manage staff as per requirement, team building, motivating staff to work effectively

I have joined the Red Express in Month Of November 2014 as operation Executive and looking after only for Delivery Centre of Andheri East I have maintained the Delivery of 93+ percentage with 100% solving the customer query after company have promoted me as senior operation Executive in month of March 2015 and transferred to MDC (Main Distribution Centre) to look after the total process of MDC from Pick up to outbound Process and connection part as well as Inbound load process and retrieval part I have manage all the thing now we are doing 100 percent connection without any error and failure also doing follow ups for same till the load reaches to Destination branch. I have manage MDC without loss of shipment and control of cost in shortage of manpower with Roaster planning and also maintained the Discipline and company Standard .I have been promoted as team leader at Andheri east MDC in Month Of June 2015 now I have started for looking after deliver branch lying list which is pending for another attempt and make them attempt on time as per customer request, Also I have Received the Employee of the Month in month of Jan 2015

“Before joining Red Express I was with Quikr India Pvt Ltd I have worked for 5 month only looking after the Content Review operation Department as Team leader in lower Parel my work profile over there was to look after the quality of ADD, category and sub category manage the Team of 54 staff manage the Roaster of Same as per requirement of Work and updating to My operation Manager.

“Before joining Quikr India Pvt Ltd I Have Worked With Aramex India Pvt Ltd for 9.5 Year I have started here as Pickup and delivery boy in 2005 I have learned the process of Outbound then I Have been promoted as Outbound Process Head in Fort Branch in Feb 2006 a
