Vince Lia is just a regular guy, who loves sports and is on mission to show others how easy it is to live a healthier and more active lifestyle. After being diagnosed with ulcerative colitis, he turned to many different foods to try and feel better. it wasn't until he learned about the healing properties available in plant based food, that he noticed a significant improvement. He then wanted to educate people how easy it is to incorporate plant based food into their meals and all the benefits associated with it.

Vince promotes this lifestyle through videos on his YouTube channel, social media posts, articles on his website and promoted his love of food and sports with his creative t-shirt designs.
