Before going into real estate Vince Wickline was an award winning custom car designer. He now brings the same winning talents with him to his real estate business. Which is to say that he’s a genius at discerning his clients needs, solving problems and delivering his clients exactly what they ask for.

Vince has been intrigued with the real estate business since he was a young boy. Growing up in Orange County California, he watched his grandmother build a successful career in real estate. Vince loved how passionate she was about her career and how much she relished in her tight knit client relationships. Vince always knew he wanted to emulate that one day.

However, life and skill led Vince into the automotive field first, a career he loved and was extremely successful at. Building custom cars and real state require the same skills, in that you need to have an ability to listen to your clients, read between the lines and solve any problems that arise. A client of Vince’s is a client for life, a true testament to his dedication for his profession, his clients and his own integrity.

Although Vince was born in CA , he met and married his wife Kathy and then moved to her hometown of Grand Rapids. Vince instantly fell in love with the city and knew this was where he wanted to raise a family and establish roots. He was impressed with the small town feel accompanied by all the big city amenities. Vince knew that Grand Rapids was the perfect city for him to build the same kind of business his grandmother had built so many years ago in CA.

Vince has been married to his wife Kathy since 1990, and in his own words, they are best friends. Vince and Kathy bought a house in the Northview school district and sent their two children Sarra and Chris to his wife’s alma mater. Kathy is the accountant for the West MI. Food Bank, which fits in nicely with their desire to give back to this great city.

Vince still spends most of his free time building custom cars, attending car shows and car cruises. He and his wife enjoy the camaraderie as much as the cars. However, his favorite times are outside on a summer night surrounded by his family.
