Business Coach in Canada
My mission: “to make a positive and measurable difference in the businesses and lives of others ~ period!”
Maybe my focus and clarity is a result of my military training. I was a paratrooper with the Canadian Armed Forces for seven years, including operational experience in war-torn Somalia, where a calm head and focused decisions prevailed.
Possibly my interest in others’ success comes from my 20 years of leadership on and off the field in competitive sports. I have won rugby championships as both a player and coach, and as head athletic trainer at the Edge School for Athletes I used that experience to push our athletes to new limits, showing them how a bit more focused effort and energy in the right areas could achieve amazing results.
Or maybe I know how to deliver because I know what a business might need to improve. My 15 years of experience and success in B2B and B2C sales and service honed my business skills and taught me how to listen, learn, plan and execute!
Each of these experiences alone would make a fabulous leader and coach, but it’s the combination of military discipline, business insight and coaching success that makes me a triple-threat.
I am a proud husband and dedicated father of two. They mean the world to me... which is why I believe a business is a vehicle that should enable its owners and team to live their lives on their terms, and not limit them to living their business.
Certified by the some of the worlds best coaches and speakers, I am the owner and co-founder of Vested Interest Group and the founder of The Measurable Difference - a half-day, bi-monthly, seminar series for Small Business and aspiring Entrepreneurs.
Every fall, in honour of my serving and fallen comrades, I speak at Calgary schools about the true meaning of Remembrance Day and what it means to live, love and be free.
Family first, my wife and I became parent ambassadors for the Alberta Children’s Hospital Foundation after we experienced first-hand the near death and critical heart condition of our eight day old son.
Let's connect - believe in posibilities!
