Vince Giovinazzo

An executive and entrepreneur with 30 years of experience in the fields of insurance, retirement, and investment advisory services, Vince Giovinazzo currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of 401(k) Advisors, Inc. and Retirement Plan Advisory Group (RPAG) in Aliso Viejo, California. Commanding a lengthy and impressive professional background, Vince Giovinazzo began to lay the foundations for his career as an undergraduate at California State University, Northridge. During his time at Cal State Northridge, Vince Giovinazzo pursued studies in a wide variety of topics, ultimately declaring his major in philosophy. Graduating from Cal State Northridge with a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy, Vince Giovinazzo soon joined the insurance industry with an entry-level position at Creative Plan Concepts, where he gained firsthand experience in third-party administration and actuarial services. Over time, Vince Giovinazzo took on a broad range of responsibilities at Creative Plan Concepts, including oversight of plan administration, investments, record keeping, and Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) compliance. At the end of his tenure with Creative Plan Concepts, Vince Giovinazzo went on to executive roles at Unum Group and the Principal Financial Group, continuing to build on his expertise in sales management, financial underwriting, and strategic product development. In June 2000, Vince Giovinazzo struck out on his own to found 401(k) Advisors, which he turned into a highly specialized retirement and investment advisory firm focused on the needs of plan sponsors. In this regard, Vince Giovinazzo and his colleagues at 401(k) Advisors provide their clients with such services as investment due diligence, ERISA compliance support, fee benchmarking, and employee education. After four years operating 401(k) Advisors, Vince Giovinazzo created 401(k) Producer Services to train 401(k) advisory professionals and provide them with the necessary tools to thrive in the retirement and investment industry.
