I am an advocate of Customer Service Excellence residing in Singapore.

Some of my memorable achievements included the successful set up of a new SingPass Customer Service Centre - a government linked portal - servicing close to 3 million users in Singapore and overseas.

So far, I have completed 7 full Marathons in Singapore and hope to embark on an overseas run in the near future.

Last but not least, I am also an active volunteer as a Lead Flag in the Singapore F1 Grand Prix series.
