Vincent Gianni

Vincent Gianni is a senior Information Technology executive with more than two decades of experience leading large-scale infrastructure operations, cloud services, and enterprise technology transformations for global organizations. He has built and modernized IT environments supporting tens of thousands of users across highly regulated industries, including automotive retail, professional services, defense, and financial services.

Currently serving as Senior Director of IT Operations at AutoNation, Vincent leads enterprise Infrastructure & Operations for a nationwide organization with over 27,000 users across 400+ locations. He manages a $12M+ operating budget and a 170-person organization spanning cloud services, enterprise control centers, end-user computing, ServiceNow development, and outsourced service delivery. His leadership focuses on operational excellence, cost optimization, automation, and AI-enabled service delivery.

Previously, Vincent held senior leadership roles at KPMG, BAE Systems, and AIG, where he was responsible for global infrastructure operations, cloud platforms, data centers, service desks, and DevOps support across North America, Europe, and Asia. Over his career, he has managed budgets exceeding $200M, delivered hundreds of millions of dollars in cost savings through consolidation and automation, and led multi-year transformation initiatives at enterprise scale.

Vincent is recognized as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, known for aligning technology strategy to business outcomes, building high-performance teams, and driving measurable improvements in reliability, security, and efficiency. His expertise spans cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Oracle), ITSM and ITIL, ServiceNow automation, disaster recovery, cybersecurity, and enterprise operations governance.

He holds an Advanced Certificate for Executives in Management, Innovation & Technology from MIT, is ITIL certified, and has formal education in electronics engineering and business administration. Vincent resides in Delray Beach, Florida.
