Vincent Issier

Vincent Issier is a product line management expert with extensive experience in P&L and product life cycle management. He has held various engineering positions specializing in passive Q-switched microchip laser since joining Nanolase in 1998.

Following Nanolase's acquisition by JDSU in 2002, Vincent moved to California to integrate the Commercial Lasers R&D group. He then worked in R&D until 2010 and held various managerial positions. Vincent is currently a Sr Director of Product Line Management at Lumentum US with the main responsibility of driving the Micromachining business.

Vincent Issier was put in charge of multiple teams and operations in the positions where he was hired and working due to his skills and work ethic. Vincent Issier was also involved in the development of a high-level product strategy.

While working as Lasers R&D manager, he had several managerial responsibilities within the Commercial R&D group, managed the Program Management Development group, and became functional manager for the Optical and Mechanical Engineering Team.
