After graduate from SMU, Vincent spent his initial years in a foreign bank before he venture into real estate, where he accumulated strong business acumen and solid analytical skills to identify the properties with growth potential. He has transacted more than 100 million worth of property value and helping his client restructure their property portfolio. Most clients' testimonies regarded Vincent as a sharp property hunter who have successfully helped his client brought the right property at the right price.

Vincent has strong experience on private sales, including both mass market condominiums and high end luxury properties such as sentosa cove, and also abundant exposures on land sale, institutional sale.
