Vincent L. Miller, is a CSSBB and CQE. He has a B.A. in Communications from the New School in NY, an MBA in Strategic Management and a M.S. in Finance from Baruch College in NY. ASQ Certified Six Sigma Black Belt and Certified Quality Engineer, he is a senior member of ASQ and Lean Bronze Certified by SME. A regular speaker at Baruch College Executive Programs, he is the organizer of Lean Service OPEX.
