Vincent Mays is a Communications Consultant and a leader in his community. Vincent also enjoys using his own personal experiences and growth to help others learn how to keep their minds strong in tough times. Vincent Mays is determined and focused in this new ambition and hopes to be able to assist others.

Vincent Mays enjoys reading which led him to wanting to become an author. Some of his favorite books that drove him to want to write are Mindset by Dr. Carol Dweck, Grit by Angela Duckworth, and Good to Great by Jim Collins.

Presently, he is working on his own book and hopes to be finished with it very soon. When Vincent Mays takes a break from his writing, he focuses on his work as a mental fitness coach and consultant. He believes that the combination of mental fitness, physical fitness, and proper nutrition is a key to a successfully balanced lifestyle, which ultimately puts you on track to live a happy, healthy, and successful life.

Some other passions of Vincent Mays include watching and playing sports. Vincent enjoys boxing, yoga, and crossfit which all help him keep active and stay on track with the physical fitness portion of his three part healthy lifestyle. Vincent also loves to watch football and follows ESPN to keep up with the latest articles and events to hear about his favorite athletes and their great accomplishments.

To give back to the community, Vincent Mays is active volunteering at local events and supporting different charities and nonprofit organizations. The two organizations Vincent is most active in supporting are St. Vincent Charity Medical Center and Water.org. Vincent believes these two foundations embody most what he strongly believes in as an individual.
