Vincent received his Juris Doctor, under Dean's Scholarship, from The Hofstra University School of Law, with a concentration in Corporate and Securities Law. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Le Moyne College, having completed select courses at the Nagasaki Gaidai University, Japan.

Admitted to the New York State Bar in 2009, Vincent also was admitted to practice law in both the Southern, Northern and Eastern Federal District Courts of New York. Upon admission to the Bar, he worked at Leeds, Morelli and Brown P.C., a litigation-centric employment law practice. There, Vincent yielded impressive results on behalf of the firm's clients, producing more than $5,000,000.00 in positive verdicts, and several hundred thousand dollars in settlements.

Vincent then transitioned to the Manners and Associates firm as the lead litigator and managing associate. He practiced before the Federal Courts, including the Bankruptcy Courts, Civil and Criminal State Courts, the New York State Court of Claims and the State's Administrative Courts. In addition, he has garnered settlements for his clients at mediations before the Equal Employment and Opportunities Commission and the New York State Division of Human Rights.

As co-founder of, and partner at, White, Ricotta & Marks, P.C., Vincent continues to represent victims and small businesses in the always complex field of employment litigation. Handling primarily discrimination, sexual harassment and overtime matters, Vincent has always believed that his focus on individualized client attention is what sets him apart from others in his industry. He has always believed that every moment spent truly listening to your client is a moment spent developing his ability to speak for and protect that client. Vincent routinely expresses that he is humbled by the trust his clients show in him and feels as though it is his daily duty to live up to that trust.
