Vincent Tsai is a Managing Director at PTK Technologies, LLC, a global family office based in Los Gatos and Hong Kong, where he focuses on sourcing, evaluating and structuring deals in the technology industry.

Vincent has over 19 years of experience on the buyside and sellside as well as operationally in developing, managing and leading consumer facing brands. He has held a variety of roles in private equity, venture capital, investment banking and corporate development. Prior to PTK, Vincent was Partner and CFO of Left Coast Ventures, a private equity firm. Previously, he was the Chief Investment Officer of ONEHOPE Inc., an innovative lifestyle and digital cause-centric eCommerce brand bringing people together to serve, improve and celebrate the world. Prior to that, Vincent was the Founding Team Member and Chief Financial Officer at Leeo, Inc., a mass-market, design-driven, Internet-of-Things company based in Palo Alto, where he led its fundraising, business development, partnership and financial efforts. Leeo has raised over $37 million in equity and established consumer partnerships with Best Buy and Lowe's, commercial enterprise agreements with Comcast and E.ON SE and revenue partnership agreements with Misfit, Brit & Co., etc. Prior to that, he was a Principal at Hercules Capital, a venture debt and early stage equity fund with over $6.1 billion in invested capital based in Palo Alto, where he led the firm's eCommerce, Internet and Digital Media practice, investing in companies such as JustFab / ShoeDazzle, Box and Trulia. Previous to that, Vincent led M&A and Business Development at The Enthusiast Network (TEN) in Los Angeles, a leading media, technology and publishing company that offers a range of multimedia content including Motor Trend, Surfer, Automobile, SLAM, Canoe & Kayak, Powder, Baseball America, TransWorld SKATEboarding and over 65+ other titles. Before that, he held leadership positions in Macquarie Capital's Capital Advisory and Private Equity practice and in Deutsche Bank Securities' Global Consumer investment banking division.

Vincent earned his undergraduate degree at Princeton University and completed the CIBE program at Columbia Business School. In his spare time, he enjoys going to the beach with his dog, playing tennis, rowing and traveling.
