Vinod Adani

Vinod Shantilal Shah Adani is an Indian businessman, elder brother of Gautam Adani, head of the Adani Group.

Amongst many of his qualities is his ability to identify and optimise opportunities that come his way. After completing his post-graduation in engineering, he started his own business in 1976. The trading business of power looms flourished and by 1989 added new commodities to its portfolio. With his excellent entrepreneurial and technical skills, he was able to expand his business internationally by opening an office in Singapore.
