Vinod Rajasekaran
Vinod is obsessed with accelerating the pace of systems innovation so we can do good better for the next 100 years.
He has co-founded multiple social ventures that touch international development, entrepreneurship, social innovation, philanthropy, talent development, and public policy.
Vinod does R&D in the areas of systems change, institutional innovation, talent development, and philanthropy. He's currently designing, developing and building things with Impact Hub, Rideau Hall Foundation, and Community Foundations of Canada. He's also actively involved in projects such as: Systems Change R&D Engine with SiG, Impact Academy, #dogoodbetter collective, Launch Some Good, Dinner with the Disruptors, Decelerator weekend, and the 1:1 Systems Pledge.
He is an Advisor to Imagine Canada and The MATCH International Women’s Fund.
Vinod has taught and lectured for various institutions including: University of Ottawa, Aga Khan Foundation, University of Waterloo, Carleton University, Ideas Festival, Algonquin College, and MaRS. He has led discussions on systems change, platform design, civic innovation, institution design and public policy at various forums including: Social Enterprise World Forum, G20 Young Entrepreneur Summit, World Economic Forum, Public Policy Forum, Startup Canada, among others.
Vinod is a recipient of The Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Medal for his contribution to advancing social innovation in Canada.
