In 2009-2014, I have been a service representative for American Guard Services, Inc. as a Customer Service/Crossing Guard enables me to assist school aged children on a pedestrian lane understanding safety and precautionary measures and handling equipment on an intermittent schedule . In 2004-2008, I have graduted as a Sonoma State University, Rohnert Park, CA completed a Bachelor of Arts in Human Development and in 2002-2004, completed coursework while attending College of Marin, Kentfield, CA in Business Office & Technological Studies. My work experience as an Receptionist/Data Entry Assistant enables me to be skilled in answering, directing and redirecting phone calls, entering alpha and numerical data on Word, Excel, Job Cost, Fox Pro, Claris Works, Access while performing clerical office duties within the human resources environment, implementing writing skills, negotiating purchases, scheduling meetings and transportation for the disabled and senior citizens including 8 years of various temporary office assignments within a 25 mile radius in areas of Marin County, some of Petaluma and Richmond, CA.
