When asked by family and friends what I went to college for and what I plan to do with my degree in psychology and women’s studies, I sincerely respond that it is to help women that are survivors of any abuse in any way that I can. I want to make a difference in the lives of the women in my community so that they have the opportunity to thrive and improve their situation.
