My work sits at the intersection of strategy and execution — helping leadership teams identify what’s not working, fix structural gaps, and build systems that scale beyond founder dependency.

A key focus area is the India–Japan business corridor. Through Dantaya Advisors and the Samurais of India initiative, I work with Indian companies to build capabilities in workforce mobility, market entry, and long-term business participation in Japan.

I also work with foreign companies entering or scaling in India — helping them navigate market entry, build local partnerships, and engage effectively with enterprise and government stakeholders.

At Dantaya, I lead AI adoption and digital transformation (DX) initiatives — focused on moving businesses beyond pilots to real integration across workflows, decision-making, and operations, with clear business outcomes.
