I have always been interested in and engaged with society, especially the issues of the marginalized. I believe as much in the transformatory potential of political activism as in that of community organization. I see a crucial link between the importance of Good leaders in the politics and its interface with race/ethnicity, caste, class, and gender as to be found in field based-action. My prime goal is to work on asymmetrical socio-economic hierarchy prevalent in society. I aim to improve and reshape the existing hierarchy of the society.
