Virginia Rhoads

I have been practicing the art and science of serving highly successful business leaders and executive teams as their coach, guide, mentor, sounding-board, butt-kicker, and midwife for 20 years. Prior to this work, my work experiences included brand management at General Mills and Frito-Lay, financial analyst at Kidder Peabody, and sales rep at IBM. I was also a member of the Pacific Northwest’s oldest ongoing Swing Dance Troupe, been in training as a shaman in the Q’uero tradition, certified in Equine-Facilitated Learning and soon certified as an Animal Communicator and a Tapping into Wealth Coach.

Not what your performance review says you should work on, not what your dad or your mom or your partner or your culture or your gender or your current age says you should do or be.

We partner with NATURE and the outdoors in a discovery process, through journeys to the depths of the Amazon rainforest, or learning how to listen to the wild animals of Tanzania. Closer to home, we are blessed to work in partnership with HORSES, who are our co-facilitators in nudging forward your deepest truths, nurturing and bringing to light the places you may be stuck or stopped and then gently healing this through on-the-ground experiences with these beautiful, powerful and sensitive creatures. The equine species is uniquely equipped to guide and reflect and coax us into taking on the next step of our evolution as individuals and as a species deeply interconnected in the web of life on the planet.

We live and work from our new home base – Frog Ranch on south Whidbey Island -- a short drive and ferry ride from Seattle, WA. Horses, frogs, hummingbirds, great-horned owls, and bald eagles assist our clients to drop in, for real, to what matters most to them, to redefine what wealth means to you, and then to get into action to manifest results that really matter.
