I've lived in downtown San Jose for 15 years and was originally a transplant from North Carolina and Virginia. I became a Realtor four years ago and love what I do. The market has gone from short sales and REOs to limited housing inventory and now to competitive bidding and multiple offers. I'm a City of San Jose Parks Commissioner and love volunteering at many community park activities....over 200 parks in SJ. My SJ downtown insterests have been serving as a Board Member (past/present) on the SJ Downtown Residents Association; St. James Park Neighborhood Association; St. James Park Historical Association; and Community Leaders Council.
