In my current role as Director of Business Administration I am responsible for all major firm-wide functions of Human Resources, Benefits, Financial Management, Performance Management, Management of Administrative/Ops Team. Responsible for recruiting highly talented consultants and implemented an on-boarding program for new hires. Led the selection process, implementation, and training of a new firm-wide project management system to support the growth of the firm. Leads quarterly and annual strategic planning sessions for the Principals of the firm and responsible for the accountability process of actions moving forward.
