I draw from my vast experience in starting and leading new ventures across global corporations and early-stage startups, to coach people towards realizing their fullest potential.

I serve as a guide and enabler to harness the full power of intention towards extraordinary achievement. Using a human-insight approach, I get to the heart of matters and help chart a practical path to a happier, healthier and successful existence.

Prior to building my coaching practice, I started and ran an Internet of Things technology startup, taking an enterprise software idea from concept to revenue.

Before that I was a Director of Product at Universal Electronics where I led innovation teams in the creation of a new product line that helped quadruple the stock price of the company.

Prior to that, I was an Entrepreneur in Residence at Belkin, a $1.5B electronics company, where I founded a new Smart Home brand and also launched an Apple accessories division that grew into a $200M business.

Earlier in my career, I was recruited as part of Daimler’s top management training program and held leadership roles in the US, Germany and China. I also led Chrysler's product teams in a new $2B global small car project.

I studied Mechanical Engineering at Northwestern and began my career as an engineer developing engine software for Ford SVT vehicles. I then completed my MBA at University of Michigan where I graduated with distinction.

On a personal path, I have studied yoga, meditation and Eastern philosophy for over 20 years. To support my life passion of awakening potential in others, I am completing coursework in Executive Coaching at UC Berkeley, Ayurveda mind-body medicine at the Chopra Center and mystical yoga & meditation training at the Anand Prakash Yoga ashram in Rishikesh, in the Himalayas.

I was born in Hong Kong and have traveled to over 40 countries for both work and fun. I am also a devoted husband and father of three wonderful children.

I currently serve on the Advisory Board of Chai Energy, the Board of Trustees of Anand Prakash Yoga Ashram, the Board of Counselors for the USC Masters of Business for Veterans program and am a Mentor for the LA Cleantech Incubator.
