I am the Director of FMT Training Ltd, a financial markets training company based in London, UK. I specialise in private and group tutoring in corporate finance and portfolio management with a view to developing clients' hands on technical skills and in assisting in acquiring professional qualifications in finance.

Prior to FMT Training, for 3 years I worked at NYSE Euronext, the world's largest exchange operator within the Equity Capital Markets and Listings department. Before this, I worked for 3 years within the UK Corporate Finance division of what is now Commerzbank AG in London.

Over the last 6 years, I have worked in analytical roles in finance developing transaction based models and analysis for corporate clients within Equities and Mergers and Acquisitions. Alongside my professional experience, I have gained professional qualifications in corporate finance through the CISI Certificate in Corporate Finance and ICAEW-CISI Diploma in Corporate Finance. In Portfolio Management, I have completed the Investment Management Certificate and CFA Levels I & II.
