A Non Government Organization is signed up as a Trust under Indian Trust Act 1882. It takes a time period of 15-20 days around for the registration of Trust from the date of filing of the application. Minimum 3 members are required in the development of trust. For ngo registration in delhi, one needs to generate one member from Delhi with Aadhar Card along with one address proof either electrical power expenditure or water expenses of any authorized location in Delhi.
