One of-the key elements for success can be summed up with one simple wordFocus! About what? Thats easyone thing at any given time. You see, within this fast-paced, multitask society we live in, it appears we're judged by exactly how many various things we can do all at one time; yet the truth is, we can only do one thing properly at any given time.
Imagine being on your pc playing music, examining e-mails, working on a Word document, Excel worksheet, and Power-point presentation, and looking up stuff on the World Wide Web. You soar to the end zone. The gun explodes, finishing the game. Your group is victorious. Your teammates rush the field and lift you on their shoulders. The crowd goes wild, chanting your name together.
Later that night, you're the talk of the city. Everyone else needs to get a minute of your time and energy to tell you congrats! or move your hand or pat you o-n the back. That is your time and effort to shine! Each of the years of training and hard work have paid down. All eyes
