• Experience on various IT Services of Service-Now tools like Service-Now Administration, Configuration Management, Knowledge Management, Reporting, and Workflow, Service Catalog, Record Producer, Order Guide.
• Experience in creating custom Applications, Modules in Service Now as well as implementation of Client Script, Server-side script.
• Skillful knowledge of SLA, import set, Update Set, Script Include, Email Notification, UI policy, Data Policy, and ACL.
• Basic Knowledge of HLD documents and LLD documents on projects and integration.
