We're on a mission to make email so useful and beautiful that you can't wait to check your inbox every day. AOL brought email to the masses and we have one of the top email products in the US. Now we're stepping it up – and we need your help!

We're seeking a VISUAL DESIGNER to take AOL Mail to the next level on web, tablets and smart phones. You'll be working with a small team of visual designers to create something so beautiful that it turns heads when you use it at a coffee shop.

Think you have what it takes?

* Why, yes! I AM a creative zealot who crafts amazingly beautiful and usable experiences
* I'm not a diva! I love hearing constructive criticism
* Yes indeed! I do have solid HTML and CSS skills
* In fact, I have a degree in Graphic Design, Interaction design or a related field and 3+ years designing usable and elegant interfaces
* Oh and by the way, my expert eyes seek out the little details that make or break great design – I'm obsessed with getting the layout, color and typography just right – down to the pixel!
* I'm a whiz designing with Illustrator and Photoshop
* I can't wait to show you my portfolio demonstrating my best stuff!

* Our team is based in Palo Alto but we're flexible if you want to work from our San Francisco office a few days a week. We're also open to NYC candidates too!
