Visukumar Gopal is a Versatile Practitioner, Energetic Coach, Corporate Trainer and Public Speaker who is passionate about transforming individuals, teams and organizations into improving their Process, Project management, Operation practices and Delivering Business value early and often. He has trained many individuals and coached several start-up and mid-size organizations on adopting LEAN / PMI methods. Instrumental in driving corporate level initiatives and build competencies in Process & Project Management Excellence. He has over 17+ years of professional experience in Project, Process and People Management. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), LEAN Champion, and PMI-India Champion. He is a Project / Program Management, LEAN and Six Sigma Practitioner, Certified by GE and PMI (USA). In his career, he played different roles like DBA, Transition Manager, Resource Manager, Project/Practice Manager, SQA, People Manager, Operation Manager and CoE Head. He is the Founder & Managing Trustee of Viruksha Trust. He is BAB (Business Advisory Board) member of Enactus (SIFE) Projects. He is member of India Leaership Network, Chennai Chapter Core Committee. He volunteers and supporter of Talent Promotions, Health / Medical camps and Lifestyle awareness sessions.
