Below you will find more information about me and my career:

I am a business economist, trustee, and entrepreneur with over 40 years of experience. After my training as a fiduciary, accountant, auditor, and tax and management consultant, and while undergoing further training, I worked for medium-sized fiduciary companies in Switzerland as a client manager from 1980 to 1985.

From 1985 to 1987, I was the CFO of a medium-sized Swiss industrial company, where I was responsible for finances and the initial introduction of IT, including the implementation of production and formulation software for the production facilities. In 1987, I became an independent entrepreneur and managed and supported various companies during this time.

In my fiduciary company, I handled major projects such as helping to set up and organize the accounting structure and reporting of “Swissgrid” (www.swissgrid.ch), the national electricity grid operator in Switzerland. I also worked on behalf of the Swiss Confederation, accepting an overall mandate for the accounting, project accounting, salaries, payment transactions, budget, and taxes of the “Swiss Foundation for Mine Action FSD” (www.fsd.ch).

Another important client was “Churrasco Steakhouse AG”, with 16 restaurants throughout Switzerland. I supported the company until the owners had sold all the restaurants.

I am a passionate entrepreneur. My core competencies lie in the areas of international corporate structuring, corporate and organizational consulting, accounting, tax and auditing, financial structures, valuation of companies and company assets, contribution of company assets for the purpose of financial structuring, and all related matters: the creation, brokerage, and distribution of trading and investment ideas and consulting in that context; negotiations with a high-level, international clientele (institutional and private clients).

In addition to my operational activities in companies in which I hold a stake, I also act as a consultant and board member in various other companies.
