Vitor's born in 1983 in the city of Viseu, Portugal.

Received the degree in Engineering Physics (2006) - equivalent to M.Sc. Developing a strong technical skills and interests in different areas like, Mathematics, Physics and Engineering.

Master of Engineering Physics (2007), particularly focused on microelectronic and optoelectronic.

In 2010, he participated in the CoHitec program (high-tech/high-growth) with the technology paper-e.

2012: Expected PhD in Nanotechnology and Nanosciences at CENIMAT-I3N - research and development of new p-type semiconductor oxides for application in TFTs and other devices and sensors.

Particularly focused in develop my scientific and engineering skills in the field of nanotechnology, semiconductors and solid state physics.
Experienced with different laboratorial techniques, proficient in computer programming (LabView, Fortrant, Delphy Pascal), CAD design (Siemens PLM Software NX) and also in several programs such as Microsoft Visio, Origin, Office, etc
