Working at Novabase as Project Manager since April 2015, managing ISP Core Net projects in Portugal and other countries.It is a everyday challenge follow up the project life-cycle, ensure that the project plan is been accomplished and keep the client and internal team happy.As a Project Manager in the past years, i have manage hundreds of projects in the information technology area, some more complex and long than others but the most important is the human relation that is established during the project, allowing in most cases that the project is successfully completed.
