As a social butterfly I thoroughly believe that connections are key. Creating mutually beneficial relationships is educational, it helps me recognize and harnesses others’ abilities in a creative/collaborative environment. Being able to spark and inspire creativity in others is what I live for. Groups of people allow me to thrive in both a team and leadership role. It garners me to create solutions that are innovative to my environment.
