I'm a teacher. I like to see people grow in confidence, become empowered, develop new skills. Learning is never a waste of time. Everything we learn we can make use of.

I am a mother. I have five children they have taught me so much about myself, my strengths and weaknesses. I have grown with everyone of them. My eldest left home, my youngest not yet ten.

I am middle aged. And getting tubby. I have a springer spaniel to help keep us all connected to the here and the now. And she does. She protects me from stress, marching me up and down hills and waits patiently while I work.
