I am design-thinking professional, with over 15 years of experience in the technology industry. As Learning eXperience Designer I´ve built acceleration and training programs, as well as experiences (hackathons and innovation challenges) throughout Latin America.

I am a strategy consultant and senior advisor for large companies, government entities and high-potential startups. Founder at thinkLean.education, Acceleration Leader @ Desarrollando America Latina.

I believe that a strong ecosystem provides more and better opportunities for everyone, and that is why I have actively dedicated my pro-bono work to building and supporting communities, of technology professionals, in 16 countries and over 60 cities across Latin America.
