Viveca is a transplanted Swede, well-integrated in the local community of McLean/Falls Church through family and school. As an expat child, she spent her formative years in several countries across Europe. With a keen interest in Real Estate she began her studies in Sweden, after completing her B.Sc. in International Business & Marketing at the University of Lund, Sweden in 1992. She arrived in the US in 2004. While raising her 2 daughters in McLean VA, she jumped into the US real estate market in 2006 and co-founded SK Fine Homes, a premiere real estate team, which offers unparalleled service for sellers and buyers of real estate in Northern VA.

Viveca is currently pursuing her Broker's license and with her Interior Design certification and newly launched interior design company, Freyja Concepts LLC, offering comprehensive services to make transitions smoother for her clients as they move into new chapters of their lives.

With her extensive travels, multiple language proficiencies as well as her exposure to several cultures, she acquired an aptness for the cultural play in business. Coupled with her adept social skills, keen sense for mediation and her persistent drive to perform, Viveca has the unique ability to overcome hurdles and difficulties that often arise in real estate transactions.
