Vivek Abraham

Vivek received his Master's degree in Information Technology in 2011 at the University of the West of England, Bristol, UK. He was given an opportunity to present his Masters dissertation for a Mobile App Development Studio in Bristol on the topic "Analysis on Location Based Mobile Applications - A comparative study of US, UK, and Indian users". The aim of the project is to determine the characteristics and adoption cycles for location based mobile applications. The project was carried out by applying relevant methodology and on doing critical analysis, he has given some recommendations to the designers and mobile app development company to consider some facts that are more relevant to the end users.

In October 2011 he started his CRM career as a Software Developer for Radius Technology, Leeds working on Apex and Visualforce development on Force.com platform and then in a short span of time he was confident to present himself as a Consultant.

In March 2012 he joined Innoveer Solutions as an Associate Consultant. He got certified with Salesforce Administrator 201 and Salesforce Developer 401. At Innoveer he had projects where he was Analysing Salesforce and Oracle on Demand applications, Engaging with the customers, actively participating in the client meetings, Requirements gathering, Configuring Salesforce, Implementation, Testing, Documentation, had an opportunity to get hands on into Data Migration testing, Functional and Business analysis of Salesforce.

In September 2012 Vivek joined Tquila (Euorpes fastest growing Salesforce Platinum Partner) as a Salesforce Consultant where he was actively managing multiple client engagements. His main responsibilities include analyzing & identifying complex business cases including the salesforce.com solution.

In June 2014, Vivek joined Talent Rover as an Implementation Manager. His main reponsibilities include Gather, assess and create customer technical specifications and requirements, Provide internal and external assistance during the sales process, Create and manage the deployment plan, Partner with the Database Engineer to ensure smooth, efficient and accurate data migration, Provide consistent and effective communication to development and implementation teams
