Vivek Kesaree

Vivek Kesaree graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Business Administration, double majoring in Finance and International Marketing. Since college, he has worked in information technology sales for the past 15 years, offering extensive knowledge of social business strategy, cloud computing, enterprise resource planning, platform as a service (PAAS), and software as a service (SAAS). Vivek Kesaree is certified as an IBM Product Specialist and trained in Miller Heiman’s Strategic Selling and IBM’s Principles of Selling.

Upon completing his studies, Mr. Kesaree accepted a position at i2 Technologies as a RightWorks Business Development Manager. Vivek Kesaree identified and maintained relationships with Fortune 500 companies and managed alliances with technological partners Ironside Technologies, Inc., and Corio, which allowed i2 to offer complete IT solutions to conventional brick and mortar businesses.

Vivek Kesaree then joined Mars, Inc., where he continued to add to his sales and business development wins by building C-level relationships with a new clients. This was the era of applying wireless, real-time asset and inventory management systems to business logistics. He also worked with 30 new prospects and clients based in Mexico, Canada, and the United States. He left Mars, Inc., to become a sales director for Cantaloupe Systems, Inc., a position that involved new challenges in creating new market segments for M2M products. He held the responsibility for sales efforts, internal infrastructure, business performance metrics, and sales reviews. Vivek Kesaree implemented partnerships with several of the larges distribution companies and helped develop a business plan for the start-up that resulted in $5 million in funding.

Most recently he is the Global Account Manager for Meraki, Inc. This Google backed ventures provides cloud based management of wireless networks around the world. Vivek Kesaree is in charge of directing enterprise wide contracts with telecommunication companies as well as guiding the efforts of Meraki’s channel partners such as: En Pointe Technologies, Dimension Data, and Novacoast. Vivek Kesaree’s current international customers include telecoms such as Telmex, British Telecom, AT&T, Telmex, and Selcom.
